Lots of fun Bucky vids this week! These are my faves...

Must Be Healing, by Reyne Down Fire. Set to the song Sadboi, very short, but edited in a way that makes me smile.



I'm Crazy, by DARK NESS. More of an action!Bucky vid, another short one, and the editing is spectacularly on beat. Based on Bucky's line "I know a crazy when I see one, because I am crazy," LOL.



Change, by Just4FunVids925. THE EDITING IN THIS VID!!! The dialogue is a bit over-warped in places (it sounds better via headphones), but the quality of the editing is just outstanding. I recommend watching it at least 2 or 3 times to get the full effect of the clips + the lyrics.

The theme of a lot of this week's new Bucky vids is Bucky's resilience against all odds, and I am LIVING for it. I've found a few new all-time faves.

Survivor (by Jagreenie) - The timing in the action sequences in this vid!! Also, I need to download this song, because I like it so much more than the original Destiny's Child version. EPIC. Bucky is the ultimate survivor.



Shattered (by LilianHearts) - I've always loved this song, and I've seen it used for Bucky vids before, but with the new footage and this vid's focus on the end of the song rather than the beginning, it takes on a whole new meaning. This is Bucky regaining his hope. (Also, the timing of Bucky going dusty gives me CHILLS)

Edit: After watching this about a dozen more times, I think I just realized why this is the best use I've seen of this song in a Bucky vid - the line "his love will conquer all" isn't talking about Steve, nor even about Sam. From the clip choices on that line, it's BUCKY'S love this vidder is talking about. His ability to love (his friends, his team, the shield, humanity, freedom, and hopefully one day himself) has survived everything he's been through, and it's what keeps him going. Oh Bucky... 😭



Keeping Me Alive (by Madelyn Thompson) - Another new favourite video AND song! This one is action-packed, but in a way that shows Bucky's progress from assassin to hero, and the editing is SO PERFECT, and the clip choice works SO BEAUTIFULLY with the lyrics. It's the perfect blend of angst and action, and really showcases Bucky's fight to reclaim himself.

I can finally watch all the Civil War Bucky vids, but there are so manyyyyy! I'll never make a dent!

Sooooooooo the trailer for Captain America: Civil War premiered last night. I might have exploded a little bit.

BUT TODAY MY FAVE VIDDER MADE A VID USING TRAILER FOOTAGE AND I DEFINITELY EXPLODED A WHOLE HECK OF A LOT.

You guys HAVE to check this out. If you're cool with the kind of spoilage you get in trailers, anyway.
