Mr. Rhodes

Way back in 1996, there was a sitcom called Mr. Rhodes, about a hip young writer who couldn't make a living with his pen, so took a job teaching at his hometown's prep school. I absolutely loved it, and I was extremely sad when it was cancelled after only one season.

Well, it turns out that Jensen Ackles and Travis Wester (Harry from SPN's Ghostfacers) were two of the show's main cast. Whose characters were buddies, even! Jensen played the dumb (ohhhh so dumb) jock Malcolm, whom I remember distinctly now that I'm reminded, and Travis played Ethan, his witty best friend. Be prepared to have your minds blown, Supernatural fans! I found clips on YouTube!!

*points down* I sooooo remember this episode!!

Still on the Mr. Rhodes kick...

Duuuuudes... JASON DOHRING WAS IN THE PILOT EPISODE!!!! Barely 14 years old!! And playing a character named Jared, hahaha. My head is 'sploding all over the place here. ;)

I also forgot to mention that Ron Glass (Book from Firefly) was a main character in this show, too. Can you see why I was so sad it was cancelled?? :P
